Learn to Lead Healing Through Action, Connection, and Systems Awareness

This experiential trauma training is designed for therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals who want to go beyond talk therapy and learn how to guide individuals, couples, families, and groups through trauma using action-based, relational interventions.

Participants will join a closed cohort to build safety, trust, and accountability throughout the training journey. You’ll receive hands-on education, structured practice, and a clear framework for facilitating experiential therapy rooted in trauma theory, communication, and systemic awareness.

Join a powerful learning experience that integrates education, creativity, and deep relational work.


What You’ll Learn

In this group training, you will:

  • Facilitate experiential therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups

  • Apply trauma-informed principles through active techniques like role play, sculpting, and guided enactments

  • Strengthen your capacity to lead groups with emotional safety, clarity, and clinical precision

  • Improve case conceptualization from a systemic perspective, recognizing how one person’s trauma impacts the entire relational system

  • Practice clear, attuned communication in clinical scenarios and role-based learning

  • Understand group dynamics and how to hold space for multiple truths and emotional experiences


Who This Training Is For

This cohort is ideal for:

  • Provisionally or Licensed therapists (LCMHCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCs, etc.)

  • Coaches, group facilitators, and trauma-informed professionals

  • Mental health clinicians working with individuals, couples, or families

  • Professionals interested in integrating experiential methods into their trauma work

Whether you're new to experiential techniques or looking to deepen your trauma-informed skillset, this training offers a supportive, rigorous, and collaborative environment.

  • This is a commitment to all 4 quarters. Payment is expected even if something unforeseen happens and you cannot attend. You are still responsible for your seat which is being held especially for you!

    $595/Quarter or $2380/yr with lunch included on Friday

  • These cohorts are meeting in person and will gather at 10590 Independence Pointe Parkway Suite 301 Matthews, NC 28105.

  • Each Quarterly workshop will begin on Thursday from 1p-6p, and continue on Friday from 9a-3p. The dates for each cohort are listed above.

  • This closed training cohort is for anyone working with Mental Health, Mental Health  professionals including provisionally licensed and fully licensed LCMHC’s, MFT’s, LCSW’s, Coaches  and those interested in facilitating a group.
